Dear Devotee:
In preparation for the Gayathri MahaYagna 2020 to be conducted on September 26th 2020 thru FBLive, it is proposed that Gayathri Japam be performed for 4032 times by each devotee prior to the start of the Yagna. A subsequent japam of 1008 will then be performed during the Yagna.
Pls find below the Sankalpam instructions.
We specially encourage participation of brahmacharis, youth and children who have had upanayanam to participate in the Yagna. Please pass the word on to have the auspicious opportunity for the young children to participate.
Additional regulatory procedures to be followed: Please observe Brahmacharya Vratam for at least 5 -days prior to the Japa. Austerity and vegetarianism are recommended as well during these days.
You may chant the Sankalpam as seen below or have the Gayathri Maha Japa Sankalpam done prior to starting your Japam for the Yagna.
